Welcome to Hometown Tote Rental. By accessing or using our website (hometowntoterental.com) or booking a rental through our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

About Our Service

Hometown Tote Rental is a family-owned business based in Duplin County, North Carolina. We rent heavy-duty moving totes and equipment for local moves in Duplin County, Lenoir County, Wayne County, and Pender County, plus parts of New Hanover County, and surrounding areas. We are a tote rental service only — not a moving service. Customers are responsible for packing and transporting their own belongings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to book a rental or use this website.

Booking and Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Hometown Tote Rental.
• A booking is not confirmed until we send a confirmation and payment is received.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Rental Agreement

All rentals are governed by our Rental Agreement. After you submit a booking request, we follow up by email with the Rental Agreement for your digital signature, which must be signed before delivery. The Rental Agreement outlines responsibility, damage fees, late return charges, and other rental-specific terms.

Payment

Payment is due in full before delivery. Invoices are sent via Stripe after your booking is confirmed. We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processor.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the site to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Copy or reproduce site content without permission

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the logo, images, text, and design — is the property of Hometown Tote Rental or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hometown Tote Rental is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
